Final closing held for the Nordic Investment Club collaboration for ICG Europe IX
Final closing has now been held for the Nordic Investment Club collaboration for ICG Europe IX, managed by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). Through the Club collaboration, participating institutional investors have committed more than EUR 400 million to the fund, with aggregation supporting improved terms.
The Nordic Investment Club is a platform for collaborative private markets investing among institutional investors, managed by Advantage Investment Partners. ICG Europe IX provides bespoke financing solutions to European mid-market companies across a range of credit instruments.
We are grateful to all our partners for helping bring the Club to final closing. The collaboration shows that when institutional investors pursue the same fund, aggregation can support reduced costs and stronger terms, with enhanced net returns as the outcome compared to a solo approach – all to the benefit of pensioners and other beneficiaries.
